Talking Therapy

Tuesday 19th January at 7.00 pm sees LiLAC launch “It Helps to Talk” Therapy programmes.

Talking Therapy can improve your quality of life if you have a life long illness or suffered a bereavement. You can talk in confidence about how you feel about yourself and your situation, supported by trained facilitators, Ruth Wilson and Damian Doyle.

Sessions are usually 45 mins to 1 hour long, and can be a one to one or a group setting.

Telephone support can also be provided where required.

No one should feel alone in their experiences.
