The Complementary Therapy programme for the Coalisland and Dungannon Neighbourhood Renewal area will continue for another year with LiLAC until April 2017.

Through this programme LiLAC can offer up to 6 sessions of free Complementary Therapy sessions to Coalisland & Dungannon Neighbourhood Renewal residents with a chronic illness or cancer. Illnesses can include depression, anxiety, arthritis, diabetes, heart disease and much more

Complementary Therapy can help you cope with your condition and maintain a better quality of life, and is designed to work alongside conventional medical treatment.

Complementary Therapies may relieve conditions such as:

    • Anxiety, Fear, Tension & Panic
    • Muscle Stiffness
    • Nausea
    • Depression & Low Mood
    • Aches & Pains
    • Breathlessness
