Recovery Yoga is a way to help you find calm and peace during and after cancer treatment. It can also help undo stress and tension that can depress your body’s immune system. This is an opportunity for you to learn simple movements and breathing exercises that are easy, effective and enjoyable, and will help if you’re low in energy or feeling physically fragile.
