Our Health and Wellbeing Services are designed to nurture both body and mind. From Art Therapy sessions, our Gardening Clubs and our fantastic Men’s Shed. We also offer grief counselling, a number of support groups and physical activity programmes. Lilac offers a welcoming space where people can connect, share and rebuild confidence as they move forward.
