Lilac offers Gardening as a gentle, restorative way to support mental health and emotional wellbeing, or for those affected by cancer or chronic illness.

This hands-on, nature-based therapy provides an opportunity to connect with others, reduce feelings of isolation, and enjoy the calming benefits of being outdoors.

Spending time in a garden can be deeply therapeutic. Whether planting, tending or simply being surrounded by nature, horticultural therapy offers a peaceful environment to relax, reflect, and rediscover a sense of purpose.

No experience is needed, just a willingness to get involved!
