Grow your own Veg Workshop – Delivered by Mary Doris qualified in Horticultural Therapy
Our pharmacy group through the Community Pharmacy programme enjoyed a workshop delivered by Mary Doris.
It was a workshop on gardening for beginners covering a variety of topics which included; vegetable growing, what to grow, and insight into soil and upkeep, learning what to plant and where, how to tend them for the best harvest, seed growing,how much space is needed, and how to grow veg in window boxes or raised beds.
