Lilac provides many services to support health and wellbeing in our community. Our Complementary therapy service is good for your recovery and physical and mental wellbeing. Lilac’s Beauty service helps you relax and reduce stress and depression.

We also offer physical activities, such as Yoga or Chi me to help you to relax mind, body and soul.

Our Support groups help you meet new people and build good relationship with others. Connecting with others can help you to feel a greater sense of belonging and can help to challenge feeling of loneliness.
