Lilac runs the Coalisland & Loughshore Men’s Shed, a welcoming space where men can come together to share experiences, learn new skills, and support one another in a relaxed, friendly environment.
The Men’s Shed aims to reduce social isolation and promote positive mental health and wellbeing among men in the local community.
Whether it’s through hands-on projects, informal conversations, or learning something new, the Shed encourages connection, purpose and community involvement.
A key focus of the group is to work on meaningful projects that give back to the local area, helping to build a stronger, more connected community.
